• Tickets purchased are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Children under the age of five go FREE.
• Children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided once payment has been confirmed
• Visitor Centres Limited operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets booked online or by telephone.
• We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions.
