Inveraray Jail Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The free prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of Visitor Centres Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Entry Period:
The entry period for the free prize draw will be specified in the social media post promoting the competition.

3. How to Enter:
Entrants must put their answer in the comments of the designated social media posts on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn to be entered into the prize draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize:
The prize for the free prize draw will be specified in the social media post promoting the competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The winner will be notified on the social media post used for entry within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Publicity:
By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to allow Inveraray Jail to use their name (with prior permission) for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
